What we collect

Account data: email address, display name, password (hashed with scrypt).

Birth data you choose to provide (date, time, place of birth) — used solely to calculate your charts and personalize readings.

Usage data: readings generated, consultations, subscription and wallet transactions, and technical logs including IP address and device user-agent.

Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for: generating charts, AI consultations, expert chat, subscriptions and receipts.

We never sell your personal data. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and every email has an unsubscribe link.

AI features and retention

AI consultations are processed by third-party model providers under data-processing agreements; prompts and outputs are redacted of identifiers before being stored for quality and safety review.

Personal data is retained for up to 24 months after account closure, except transaction records we must keep for tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from Account → Your data & privacy. Deletion is available both on the web and in the mobile app.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
