Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time; benefits run to the end of the paid period. If you have not used premium features in the current period, we refund that period in full on request within 14 days of the charge.

Wallet minutes

Unused wallet minutes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used minutes and minutes spent on consultations that took place are not refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, PayPal or bank transfer) and can take 5–10 business days to appear.

How to request

Write to support@nayin.top from your account email, or open a request from Account → Your data & privacy. Abuse of the refund process may lead to account suspension.
