What the product actually does, how billing works and where the limits are.
Is NaYinTop free?
Yes. Your natal chart, daily horoscope and a limited number of AI messages per hour are free. No credit card is required to start.
How is AI content marked?
AI-generated readings carry an on-page AI-generated label and a machine-readable marker in the page metadata, so you can tell AI text from a human reading.
Can a human review an AI reading?
Yes — live consultations with human readers are available as a separate paid service. A human expert can go over what the AI produced with you.
What does Premium change?
Premium raises the hourly limit on AI messages and keeps longer conversations continuous. It is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime; the current price is shown live on the pricing page.
Are human readings included in Premium?
No. Human consultations are billed per minute from your prepaid wallet minutes, independently of the Premium subscription. The two can be used together but are charged separately.
Is there a message limit?
Yes. Both Free and Premium have an hourly cap on AI messages; Premium’s cap is higher. The exact numbers are read from the platform settings on the pricing page.
Can I get a refund?
Unused wallet minutes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, and an unused Premium period within 14 days of the charge. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
What happens to my data?
You can export or delete your account data at any time from Account → Your data & privacy (GDPR). Non-essential cookies are off by default and analytics loads only after you consent.
Is this real astrology advice?
No. Astrology and tarot on NaYinTop are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not a substitute for professional advice and must not be used for decisions with material consequences.
Do I need an exact birth time?
An exact birth time gives the most accurate houses and rising sign. Without it, some placements are approximate — the tools still work and we tell you when something is estimated.
